Drop in to your body and explore gentle movement to ease pain, focusing on safety reappraisal and intentional breathing. Strengthen your mind-body practices informed by PRT principles, followed by discussion to individualize topics learned. This is a chance to engage your body in the brain rewiring process and uncover new ways to boost emotional well-being.

The class will meet virtually over Zoom on Tuesday, April 29, May 6, May 13, and May 20, 2025. This course is open to all mobility levels. Even if you’re unable to physically move, visualizing movement can help rewire the brain’s pain response. Modifications will always be offered!
