This session will explore the complex landscape of worry, focusing on differentiating between perceived dangers and real threats in our daily lives. Life often presents various stressors that challenge our sense of safety and well-being. While it is natural to be vigilant, remaining in a constant state of high alert is not sustainable and will only increase pain symptoms. We will discuss identifying situations that warrant concern and how to regulate the nervous system and let our guard down in moments that don’t.
