Drop-in and explore mind-body movement to ease pain, focusing on body awareness through gentle movement and intentional breathing. Throughout the class, we’ll weave in principles of pain reprocessing. This is a chance to engage your body in the brain rewiring process and uncover new ways to boost your emotional well-being.

The class will meet virtually over Zoom. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket to ease your comfort.
